That is all there is to say. . . Great is Thy Faithfulness. And GREAT it is. Life is just blessing after blessing these days. Both Landon and Logan are doing so great and are so fun. There is always something going on so life is therefore very busy but oh so wonderful!!!!
Logan loves watching Landon and giggles all the time. He is constantly watching everything and everyone - he just loves to see all that is going on around him. Logan has the most beautiful blue eyes and his eyelashes are so long and thick- they are beautiful. He is going to be a very good looking young man. His hair is starting to come in thicker now and very blond. He rolls over and over and over and over. It is so nice that now he can get where he wants to be. Lately he has liked being on his belly which is odd and a first. He just lays there and rests or he will pick up his head to watch Landon. He is eating food three times a day and cut down a little on his bottles. This is a big sign of him growing up. He is over 20 pds now and has had his 5th ear infection. We are taking him to the ENT Thursday to see about getting tubes. Hate the thought but hopefully it will help him start feeling better. Logan is just changing all the time. He is definitely our laid back child. We know there is something wrong when he cries as he does not do this much at all. His smiles melt our hearts!!!
Landon is growing fast too. He is so adorable!!! He learns very fast- watching and listening. He copies everything we say which is helpful to his learning. He can now count to ten and knows colors orange, green, blue, and yellow. He is talking all the time- whole sentences and gets his point across very well. He is wanting to be very independent too. He is always saying "I do it!!!" and there is no helping him. He just wants to try and do everything himself. This is a good thing for learning but not so great when mommy and daddy are in a hurry as it takes a lot of extra time. Landon is soooo good with his little brother and very territorial. We were at the mall play land one day and a little girl came up to Logan and kissed his feet. Landon watched her at a distance the whole time and then ran up to Logan and kissed his head and said "my Logan." Mommy watched with joy that Landon loves his little brother so much. They already play together and laugh. Last week we were all in the car and I was making Landon laugh which in turn made Logan laugh so we were all just giggling together. It is so awesome that Logan can now see Landon while they are both in there car seats and interact together. This makes car trips much easier- especially with all the laughter. Don't get me wrong- with a baby and a toddler there are always outbursts and cries but you take the good and the bad- you just concentrate on the good! Landon is now over 30 pds and so active. He runs all over the place and loves being outside. He is with gramma Mary and gappa Leon for a few days this week and having a blast. He gets to ride tractors and go fishing in the pond behind their house. He has been eating whole apples and playing in water- it doesn't sound as if he misses mommy and daddy a bit. We know he is secure in our love and knows that we will be back to get him soon.
Our boys are so beautiful, smart, and healthy. We couldn't ask for anything more. And as I rocked Logan today and sang to him I really listened to the words "Great is Thy Faithfulness" and was just in awe of how great our Lord Jesus Christ is. We are truly blessed and give all credit and honor to Christ. My wonderful husband and my sweet little boys bring me more happiness and joy than I knew existed.
